Countdowns

Does anyone have any creative ideas for countdowns until they see their SO next?

I'm trying to think of some to do closer to homecoming. I like the idea of having a Days Left jar with pebbles/candy/whatever in it & moving one to another jar each day to mark the days down. I think paper chains (like the kind you make in kindergarten) are cute too.

I also want to do some sort of countdown for Jimmy. Right now my idea is to take 30 post its in a stack & write little notes & countdown messages for him. Each night he'll take one off to see the new note & that'll mark 1 more day down.

I always forget when it's personal stuff. I just use a countdown clock on my computer desktop since it's almost always on due to reasons. Saves me forgetting things. I've never heard of any cute ideas like that so I'm definetely keeping an eye on this thread.

I used to do countdowns on his Facebook wall and get creative with it with videos and such. But, we haven't done a countdown since that one, so it's my only idea I have to offer!
